i think the online services were good because i thought the blackboard was set up very well but i did have a few problems with cookies.

I almost never have problems using pipline. For the most part it is easy to navigate and find the information you are looking for.

It is much better than the "poor" I had rated it when I started at NSCC. I still find the announcements lacking-like SPRING FLING listed without a date on it. IT'S MAY 7 and not been even on the outline until today!! But I have to give another compliment to the tech. It is good and getting better all the time.

NSCC Online Services are accessible, easy to use (once you use them a few times and become familiar with them) and give the college community another way to get up to minute info. It makes registering, getting your class schedule, grades, program information easier and quicker.

I can check my student status at the college on my schedual. At 2am if needed. Also lets me narrow down problems faster. Once found I can make appointments as needed, and not have to find problems when they can't be fixed.

I feel that the NSCC web site is very advanced for a community college. I am currently doing my MBA at Endicott as well as a certifacate program at NSCC and Endicott does not have half the access that NSCC does.

For the campus email system, I don't know if it is my home computer or not, but this semister i had a lot of difficulty with emailing my professors, It took a very long time. But other than that the online class went smoothly, and I enjoyed it very much.

I think the e-mail program has some quirks with sending and receiveing e-mails with attachments. I do not think it as widely used enough by the staff. When you send e-mails to staff members they either do not respond or they are not receiving the e-mails. Still to slow...

Most of the services are very helpful. It is great to be able to look up your classes and grades. The best feature is the add/drop of classes. It is way better than waiting in line and then finding out that the class is full or conflicts with your schedual.

The email service is incredibly slow...much prefer my private email addresses through the Internet. Why is Blackboard buried so deep in your online "offerings"? Can it be accessed easier/earlier?

Great way to keep in contact w/ classmates and teachers especially, online classes are fantastic for older students trying to hold down jobs and better themselves. Being able to register for classes is a fantastic option and really helps time wise. Having all my info available to me 24/7 really saves me time thanks

I have not had any problems or trouble using NSCC online services. They are easy to navigate and understand.

I am a part-time older student, working full-time nights. I dont get to the school every day so it is very convenient to be able to get to pipeline, etc. to see what is up at the school.

after graduating and looking back on all the services of north shore, and comparing them to an extremely prestigious university in florida which I am attending now, I can say that NSCC has an unbelievable relationship with it's students that is hard for many universities to rival.

I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICES.

Because NSCC is dedicated to providing the best to all students.

I found them to be informative, and user friendly.

I think that the online services are very good, but it is a little hard to actually find classes online, but besides that it is a very good tool that I use all the time.

Online courses don't always work. If a course is part of a curriculum, it should be offerred as inhouse only or both.
