This can be gluten free using quinoa or rice, and rice flour.

This recipe is easy, it makes 6 meals and calls for:

Boil the noodles or rice in a big pot with 3 parts water for 1 part rice.  Don't overcook this, it will be cooked a little more after.

Cook the beef in a pot and remove.  Cook the onions in that pot,  Then add oil/butter and use it to cook the other vegetables a little, mushrooms last.  Then add some miso paste and put the beef back.

When the rice is done, add the beef/veggies in the big pot.

Add the sour cream last, when you turn the stove off and you are ready to serve.
