Buy 3-5 small gasket sealed containers (16-20 oz.). 

Blend in a 48 oz blender:

1/2 a real pineapple

1 pound of frozen fruit

• strawberries
• blueberries
• mango
• cherries

3 kiwis

4 oranges

I usually do this twice, the stuff lasts weeks.
