This recipe is easy, it makes 6 meals and calls for:

Boil the noodles or quinoa or rice in a big pot with 3 parts water for 1 part rice. 

Cook the chicken in a pot and remove.  Then add oil/butter and use it to cook the vegetables a little.  Then add some miso paste and put the beef back.

When the rice is done, add the chicken/veggies in the big pot.
