I've seen other colleges "Services," many of them are slow, and difficult to understand. The only drawback to your Services is the layout of the indivudial students homepage. It would be nice to see the different topics i.e, under "My Headlines," have "Home," "Top Stories," and "Entertainment" spread out and made to catch the eye.

Overall the service available are good. The issue that I kept experiencing is unavailability. For one of the Distance Learning classes I am taking, it is a requirement to join a "course online chat" The service has only been up and working maybe 50% of the time.

Overall the services are excellent, with very little down time. I have never had a problem and communication between my proffesors and myself are even better than traditional in class room classes.

I use the pipeline daily. It is a good way to keep in touch with professors. Also, you can find all the wonderful events going on on campus and where to attend them. You can basically find all the information for your own accounts and no lines for registration. Also, you can easily find out if there are any holds and for what reasons. This just makes life so much easier when everything else is getting more diffcult. Thank you.

I'm a stay at home mother, with lot's of 24-7 family responsibility. On-line classes and the VARIETY of them has enabled me to work on my degree. I'm 2 more classes away after this semester and since I've been back to school part-time, I've taken 6 on-line classes thus far. Very convenient and just as stimulating and fullfilling as a classroom setting class.

I think they serve the purpose for what they are intended to do, but some of the navigation seems redundant - such as the "Classes link and Blackboard options being offered at the same time. I find that confusing. I think the Blackboard services are good, but the Dropbox is awkward when you have many files to upload to the prof.

If there are any problems the college notifies and usually has everything up and running again when they say it is going to be. Every year the internet plays a larger role in education. It's extremely important to keep up with the technology in order to make the higher education process easier on everyone. Pipeline does an excellent job of this. My Engineering professor, Joyce Jeong, takes full advantage of pipeline by sending us e-mails and posting homework on blackboard.

Some of the information needed is either unaccessable, or when signing up for classes, the teachers/instructors are not listed to last minute, which has effected my class schedules.
